This website is operated by OrganicMend Nutrition LLC, doing business as Hybrium Balanced Electrolytes ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting try.drinkhybrium.com or requesting a free sample, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 1 – Free Sample Offer Terms
The free sample offer is available while supplies last and is limited to one (1) request per household. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free sample program at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent, duplicate, or bulk requests will be disqualified.
The free sample consists of six (6) single-serving stick packs of Hybrium Balanced Electrolytes — three (3) Lemon Lime and three (3) Mixed Berry. Every stick pack is a full serving of the same formula available in the full product.
Requesting a free sample does not enroll you in any subscription, recurring shipment, or billing program. There is no purchase required and no obligation to buy.
Section 2 – Eligibility
This offer is open to residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a sample request, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any request at our sole discretion.
Section 3 – Shipping
We will ship your sample to the address you provide within approximately 5–7 business days of receiving your request. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by you, or events outside our control. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only and are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Section 4 – Health and Medical Information
Hybrium Balanced Electrolytes is a dietary supplement. The information on this website, including ingredient descriptions and any claimed benefits, is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
